VANS off the Wall!
Don't be jealous, yes these are SLAYER VANS Slip ons and yes the others are Max Schaaf 4Q second edition. Customer # 00000001 paid his bill with these shoes, Black Money is golden but limited edition VANS is the best! Thanks Team for the awesome shoes and hope you are happy with your parts.

Today it was "Front brake day" for the '72. I bought an AMF cast wheel and sandblasted the bastard for hours and after putting it into the forks it turned out to be crooked so I wasted money and time, Naice! So back to the '86 frontwheel with a tire from the '67 with brake controls of the '72, do you still get it? I don't like to mix all kinds of stuff but with lack of money its the only thing to do and its fun to make it work even if it takes way longer. Cleaned the frontwheel/disc/brakecaliper/bolts so it looks like new even if the stuff is 25 years old. Lots of trouble with the brake line but it worked out in the end, no testride yet but will do soon. New Universal Motocross bars (de-anodised and pearlblasted) and grinded the brake lever so it fits the MX throttle.

FIRST CUSTOMER AT HOODLUM SOCIETY!
Today we had our first customer at the Hoodlum Society Workshop Wednesday shop: Andy Z from Germany. He bought a nice Harley-Davidson but it needed some small changes like a powder coat on the Tank dash/Horn cover/Chainguard/primary cover disc and this ugly sissybar. I cut the sissy bar cause we need the two rods as spacers (they were Euro 180,00! at the HD Dealer) so now Andy has the two for Euro 162,00. He saves 10%! hahhaa just kidding, I will keep the rest of the sissybar for my chopper and we are even. Thanks Andy for trusting us to do some work on your bike, Customer #00000001. New disc grinder I got from my lovely wife as present for my upcoming birthday Satuaday, it worked awesome, thanks again.

Please don't tell to other "chopper builders" ...
How cool is this! Bubble visor to make your Harley-Davidson a real racebike... Air is streaming better and will make you go at least 1 mile/hour faster and maybe it also gains 1/3 hp. Test ride next week. You saw this first at Hoodlum Society, proof me wrong.

Workshop Wednesday is Back! Not counting anymore....
I replaced the plastic gas filters cause they broke down after some weeks so only use metal filter housings from now on. Nice "flaming filter" for the '67 Ironhead and normal chrome metal house for the Flattracker. Lets see how long they last this time, the one on the '72 Ironhead is on for almost 5 years now with no problems so far. Next up: Exhaust for the 67, Mikuni Carb for the 86, Frontwheel/brake/forward controls for the 72 so lots of projects in this very busy time.
